Introduction

Global Research And Consulting Group (GRC) is a global organization engaged in consulting services, with branches at 23 top global universities.

GRC aims to help organizations to bring meaningful global change, every year over 1,000 GRC members help startups, governments, and corporations around the globe solve their challenging social impact issues. It also encourages students to understand how society operates from a global perspective, identifying and attempting to address social issues. All the consultants are top students from elite colleges across the globe, trained specifically to understand how to tackle organizations’ biggest challenges.

Topics

Select one of the following six topics and compose an essay that identifies a significant issue confronting the world today while proposing a persuasive solution to tackle it.

  3. Technology
  4. Public sector reforms
  5. Sophisticated solutions to human rights issues
  6. The significance of education in advancing gender equality and social mobility

Awards and Certificates

Top 1-5: Authors will have the opportunity to intern at one of GRC’s university branches, providing support to a consulting team on a real-world project.

Top 6-10: Authors will be paired with a mentor from an Ivy League institution, who will provide guidance throughout their educational journey during a minimum of three training sessions.

Top 30: The essays will be disseminated by the GRC research team on our Insights platform, and all authors will be awarded a digital certificate.

Top 30 – 50: Authors will be awarded a digital certificate from GRC.

Criteria:

The evaluation criteria for the GRC essay contest include: identifying the issue, selecting a well-reasoned solution, and exhibiting proficiency in English, encompassing argumentation, references, and grammar.
